Storage Tanks Cleaning Objectives

1. Chemical cleaning on industrial process systems to remove residual oils, corrosion products, chemical build-up and other contaminants

2. Hydroblasting to help decontaminate and remove excess waste build-up from tanks, boilers, drum storage areas, plant floors, parking lots, machinery and a variety of other locations

3. Vacuum cleaning to remove heavy sludges and solids that are not broken down by ordinary vacuum units. These units are able to replace previous methods using manual labor

4. Storing, transporting and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and or product during each tank cleaning

We Clean any Type of Storage Tank or Containment

Regardless of what your tank contains, our specialists are trained to handle all types of materials from corrosive liquids to highly flammable liquids and solids. Biddy Osa Oil & Gas Services works in all types of environments including above ground storage tanks (AST), underground storage tanks (UST), sumps, separators and pressurized vessels.

1. Biddy Osa Oil & Gas Services provides mobile automatic tank cleaning unit for offshore rigs as well as semi-automatic impact tank cleaning system for supply boats and production storage tanks, both of which operate with limited confined space entries.

2. Gas testing is done to determine the oxygen, carbon-dioxide levels, sulphur and other chemical contents inside tanks.

3. Gas expulsion is also done throughout the operation using air compressor/ blowers.

4. Fluid / vacuum pumping is carried out to ensure total removal of waste without handling or exposure by personnel and physical entry into the tanks.

5. Pressure washing is also done using high-pressure water jet.

6. Tank wiping is carried out only if the tank is satisfied Okay for entry, this can only be allowed when personnel have the necessary Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).
